Its original plant was located in the Tianjin Chemical Industry Park, while the new facility, covering an area of 150 mu, is situated at No. 45 Pengwan Road, Qianwan Bonded Port Area, Qingdao Area, China (Shandong) Pilot Free Trade Zone, 2025-3696 (A). The company has a production capacity of 40,000 tons of aliphatic amine series products. The first phase of the project has been completed and put into operation, making it one of the largest specialized aliphatic amine manufacturers in China. Additionally, the company possesses decades of experience in the research, development, industrialization, and engineering of methacrylate and acrylate products.

Engaged primarily in the R&D, production, and sales of specialty aliphatic amine products, NEXTRESIN INDUSTRY is the largest producer in Asia of n-octylamine, isooctylamine, and diisooctylamine. The aliphatic amine industry holds a unique position in the national economy, serving as a crucial link between basic oleochemical products and fine chemical products.
